1. Introduction
Welcome to Auristiq. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, offerings, and products at auristiq.link. By accessing or using any part of the services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Services
"Services" refers to mindset and intuition development courses provided live or online by Auristiq.
3. Info Products
"Info Products" include digital materials such as e-books, video tutorials, audio recordings, and other downloadable or streamable content.
4. Goods
"Goods" include any physical items, such as printed materials, merchandise, or supplementary tools offered by Auristiq.
5. Registration and Access
Users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of account credentials. Access is granted for personal use only.
6. Refund and Transfer Policy
6.1 Services
Clients may request a transfer to a different course date or session provided availability exists. If a transfer is not feasible, a refund may be issued upon approval. Requests must be submitted at least seven days prior to the scheduled service date. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. In cases where a service is sold as non-refundable due to its nature (for example, personalized one-on-one coaching sessions prepared specifically for the client), no refund will be offered. Such non-refundable status will be clearly indicated prior to purchase and justified by the preparatory effort and resource allocation dedicated exclusively to the client.
6.2 Info Products
All digital info products are eligible for a refund only if a request is made within 14 days of purchase and no significant portion of the content has been accessed or downloaded. If the content remains unused, a full refund will be provided via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Once access credentials are used or a download is initiated, the product is deemed delivered and no refund will be granted.
6.3 Goods
Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. To initiate, contact us via our support form. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund or will be processed within 21 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Modifications
Auristiq reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the website at auristiq.link. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
